Grace Armstrong is a recent graduate of Case Western Reserve University's Master of Public Health program, with a concentration on Population Health and Global Health.

Ms. DeBartolo leads The Conversation Project, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s (IHI) public engagement initiative that empowers people to express their care wishes through the end of life. In addition to overseeing the team and operations, she contributes to IHI’s Age-Friendly Health Systems movement, focusing on engaging older adults. Since joining IHI in 2007, Ms. DeBartolo has played key roles in several large-scale initiatives, including the 5 Million Lives Campaign, Improvement Map, and Project JOINTS. Prior to IHI, she served as a grant analyst at The California Endowment. Ms. DeBartolo graduated from Wellesley College and lives in Washington, DC, with her husband and son.

Dr. Mary Dolansky, PhD, RN, FAAN is the Sarah C. Hirsh Endowed Professor at the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing and Associate Professor at the School of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University.

Dr. Sherry Greenberg is the Interim Evelyn Lauder Associate Dean of Nurse Practitioner Programs and Professor at Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing. She is a nurse practitioner Advisory Group member on the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative. Dr. Greenberg is Past President of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association. She is a member of the Gerontology & Geriatrics Education Editorial Board. Dr. Greenberg is a 2025-2026 Health and Aging Policy Fellow and American Political Science Association Congressional Fellow. Dr. Greenberg earned her academic nursing degrees, Baccalaureate, Masters, and PhD, from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and was a Jonas Nurse Leaders Scholar. She has worked as a certified gerontological nurse practitioner in acute, long-term care, and outpatient primary care practices and has taught at undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral nursing levels. Dr. Greenberg is a Certified Professional in Age-Friendly Health Care.

Lilia Diaz Pino, PhD, FNP-C, MBA, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of experience at MinuteClinic and more than 25 years in healthcare. She currently serves as a MinuteClinic Educator, leading the training, development, and professional growth of providers nationwide while helping advance clinical excellence across the organization. Pino began her nursing career at Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she cared for pediatric patients in general pediatrics, transplant, neonatal intensive care, and clinical immunology, with a focus on children born with HIV. While working at Jackson Memorial, she completed her Family Nurse Practitioner and PhD studies at the University of Miami. Throughout her MinuteClinic career, she has held a variety of clinical, educational, and leadership roles. In 2026, she earned her MBA from Strayer University. She also serves as the Evaluation Consultant for MinuteClinic’s Age-Friendly Health Systems grant, supporting strategic implementation, quality improvement, and outcomes evaluation across the enterprise.
