The VA's Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Centers (GRECC) were founded almost 50 years ago and are home to the full spectrum of aging research from patient care to biology of aging. The VA is the largest health care system in the country and is fully integrated across all 50 states. Join us for this webinar and learn more about aging research at the VA and the GRECCs, as well as mechanisms for funding, opportunities and resources including the Million Veterans Program, and collaborative strategies. Two GRECCs with links to NIH/NIA supported OAICs will also be featured.
Join Rozalyn Anderson, PhD, FGSA, current Chair of the Biological Sciences Section at GSA to learn more about VA and how you can engage in aging research. Time will be allotted for Q&A.
This webinar is sponsored by the GSA Biological Sciences Section.
