Age-Friendly Inventory and Campus Climate Survey
Any initiative to advance age inclusivity on a campus warrants examination with an empirical lens to identify assets, gaps, and opportunities. Using a systems-level, campus-wide approach, the Age-Friendly Inventory and Campus Climate Survey (ICCS) provides a means by which campuses can evaluate both the nature of age-friendly practices and the perceptions of these practices by students, faculty, and staff. With the ICCS data, champions of age-inclusivity can identify where age-inclusive practices already exist on their campus, evaluate perceptions of those practices, and determine priorities for action aimed at creating an age-inclusive campus community for all.
How to Use the Age-Friendly Inventory and Campus Climate Survey
The resources below, developed by a research team consisting of GSA Age-Inclusivity in Higher Education champions, provide campus teams with step-by-step instructions and the tools that they need to administer and analyze the ICCS.
